Dancing is my passion and I made it my profession. I am teaching dance from last 26 years. I just love dancing and I never get bored of it. According to me dance is life. You forget all your worries while doing it. I can suggest few different and really great reasons to incorporate dance in your lives. If you are happy you Dance, if you are in love you Dance, if you are sad you dance, moreover if you want a fit life .. of course you Dance. So you all should dance for yourself for expressing your all moments. Dancing for your self does not need to be as structured as a choreographed dance – it is for yourself- as an expression of your freedom, your strength and your state of mind. Dancing for yourself is connecting and listening to your body – letting it respond to the beats of the music- letting your mind be carefree and just letting yourself go! It could simply start with tapping your feet to some good music, swinging your arms or nodding your head with the beats, letting the music seep in slowly into your system.
