Today I will discuss few benefits of dance. First and most importantly it's an effective type of exercise that improves your heart and gives strength to your muscles too. If you are depressed dance helps you to cope up with it. While dancing you are into music and doing steps. It gives you great relief.
Moreover you become more socialize through dance. You can make friends. When you make a good social circle it gives you confidence and develop creative skills.
Dance can increase strength in older people too. If you are old or above 60s it doesn't mean you can't learn dancing or do it perfectly. Dance is for all ages. If you want to you should. Nowadays kids are very energetic. Dance helps in that too. If you keep your kids busy on physical activities like dancing and sports it will utilize your kids extra energy in better way.
In this way all age groups can take benefits of dance. I personally advice you all that everyone should dance in one or another way. I made it my profession and I am earning through it from last 26 years. I shared all these facts by my own experiences. So you all too... go and grab it.
